Meda Felipe, RN
Nursing Administrator/Licensee

She has 25 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Walnut Creek, California. She has owned and operated residential board and care homes since 1985.

Bernadette Felipe O'Shea, RN
Assistant Nursing Administrator

In 1989, she received her bachelor's degree in nursing. She has extensive critical care experience at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, California and has been practicing as a Hospice Home Care Nurse since 1992.
